Erase To The Finish

Where I’m ahead, the count must end;
where I’m behind, let’s count some more.
Democracy we should suspend;
election laws we should ignore.

Michigan I hereby claim
for electoral purposes.
I’ll plant a flag stamped with my name
that says, “Here’s where the circus is.”

The margins may be very close;
uncounted may not favor me.
But I will not say, “¡Adios!”
My actions are unsavory.

I’m filing lawsuits in advance,
though specious constitutionally,
while Rudy (one hand down his pants)
pontificates delusionally.

I won’t go down without a fight,
despite the damage that inflicts.
No way that I’ll defend your right
to vote – I’ll just play politics.
