(To the tune of “All I Want for Christmas is You”)
I don’t want a lot for Christmas –
there is just one thing I need.
I don’t care if you’re reluctant,
or what Hannity’s decreed.
I just wish you’d get the shot;
I can’t kiss you if you’ve not.
Get the vaccine, ‘Boo –
otherwise, no presents for you.
(To the tune of “Let It Snow”)
Oh, the thought of a needle’s frightful;
chances I’ll get vaxxed are quite null.
You can beg – by now you should know:
I won’t go! I won’t go! I won’t go!
(To the tune of “Merry Christmas, Darling”)
Vaccine mandates have been set,
or a test in lieu,
But I still have one wish to make
a special one for you:
Get the vaccine, darling,
and the booster, too.
You can stall and cast a pall;
to guidelines you won’t hew.
Holidays aren’t joyful.
“It’s a hoax!” you spew.
I’d rather see you near the tree
than in the ICU.
(To the tune of “The Christmas Song”)
Chest is feeling like it’s set on fire.
Taste lost; dripping from your nose.
You’ll find perils being slung by the liars
on Fox News, where the truth’s opposed.
Everybody knows some turkey who’s got Covid toe
helped to spread this season’s blight.
Those who say government can’t impose
will find it hard to breathe tonight.
They know that Covid’s on the way,
it doesn’t care how old you are – it’s gonna slay.
And every mother’s child’s at risk in school
because we violate the Golden Rule.
And so we’re entering this risky phase
for all from one to ninety-two.
Although it’s been said many times, many ways –
what the £u¢k’s wrong with you?
